May 29th afternoon, under the gentle sea breeze of early summer at Jinshitan, MIC launched an extraordinary team-building event themed "Ignite Youth, Unite as One" at the Ye Gui Ye Guan Lan Base. Designed to relieve work pressure, break down departmental barriers, and forge a highly execution-driven team, the company specially organized this outdoor tactical CS (Counter-Strike) competition. Leading the charge , MI Group Deputy CEO, Maxime and Michael Fang, G.M joined all employees as we temporarily left our desks behind to head for the mountains and sea, witnessing the tacit understanding and strength of our team amidst smoke and laughter.
Following the instructor's briefing on safety rules and tactical essentials, the real competition began. From 14:30 to 16:30, the depths of the jungle echoed with the sound of mock gunfire as thrilling "cops and robbers" battles unfolded. Colleagues from different departments transformed into comrades fighting side by side. Some charged fearlessly on the front lines, while others provided precise cover from the rear; commanders calmly strategized and orchestrated the battlefield. Every crawl forward and every act of shielding a teammate served as the most vivid interpretation of "Unite as One." Sweat mixed with dirt, and cheers resonated with shouts, allowing everyone to deeply appreciate the importance of trust and cooperation in real combat.
After the intense competition, everyone took a leisurely stroll along the beach, enjoyed some fun shell-collecting, and then gathered for a sumptuous BBQ dinner. In the sea breeze, colleagues from different functions chatted freely, and the barriers of daily work naturally dissolved in the relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
Carrying this passion and rapport forward, we will return to our work with renewed energy and closer collaboration, jointly writing a new chapter for Meca-Inox China!
